Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We offer full refund only on unopened items purchased outside of subscription box within 15 days of purchase except for vaping products. If product was purchased in our online store must be unused and undamaged with seal within 15 days of delivery date you can make returns or exchanges using our online returns system. All vaping products are final sale, unless product arrives damaged.
For our subscription boxes we cannot offer refunds once orders have been placed. Please note cancellations are for future boxes only, and NOT for the boxes already paid for (1, 3, or 6 months depending on your subscription plan).
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
